We observed one thousand ten newborn babies containing 294 postterm babies who were delivered
in our hospital from May 1，1972 to June, 1973. The results were;
1) The distribution of postmaturity was 29.5% in 41 weeks, 17% in 42 weeks, and 7% over
43 weeks gestation period, and 9% in prematurity.
